The National Choir course is built around ensemble craft: vocal technique, musical accuracy, blend, and performance discipline – so singers finish the week able to deliver as a group.
- Daily vocal technique: healthy production, control, stamina, consistency
- Ensemble precision: harmonies, timing, dynamics, listening and blend
- Repertoire: musical theatre material across styles (selected for the group)
- Staging and movement: performance detail that supports the vocal line
- Rehearsal habits: focus, responsibility, and working respectfully in a high‑standard room
No pre‑learning required
All repertoire is taught and mastered on site. The expectation is full engagement and concentration throughout the day.

We are looking for pitch security, musicality, and a coachable, focused approach – alongside a genuine interest in musical theatre.
How to secure your place

- Upload a vocal clip (1–4 minutes)
- If successful, pay the £100 deposit. The balance is due 30 days before the course begins.

Singers perform the repertoire rehearsed across the week in a staged concert setting for a friends‑and‑family audience.
You may apply for more than one course. Places are offered per course, subject to availability, and fees apply per place offered.
No formal dance background is required. Singers should be willing to learn staging and movement that supports ensemble performance.
Accommodation is not included. Families travelling from outside the area should arrange their own accommodation and transport.
