Meet The West End Kids

Where young performers train and perform at the highest level.

The West End Kids Troupe

The Troupe represents West End Kids in performance and public work. Places are limited, expectations are clear, and membership is earned through consistency, both on and off the stage.

For over 25 years, West End Kids has trained young performers working towards a high standard. The Troupe sits at the top of that structure: a focused environment for those ready for greater detail, higher expectations, and direct, professional feedback.

The winder WEK pathway

Behind the Troupe is the wider West End Kids training environment, where performers develop the foundations required for this level of work: voice, movement, acting craft, musicality, discipline, and rehearsal awareness.

Progression is based on readiness. Some performers are building core technique and consistency. Others are stepping into Troupe-level expectations and maintaining them over time.

Legacy and progression

West End Kids has a long track record of performers progressing into professional training and performance work, including West End, touring productions, and further study.

Outcomes vary, and no programme can promise a career. What we offer is a structured environment built on proper training, clear feedback, and high expectations.

Start here

The best way to begin is to attend a West End Kids Workshop.

This gives performers the opportunity to experience the training, work with the WEK team and receive guidance on the right pathway.
