West End Kids
Entry into West End Kids is selective and assessment-based. Selection is based on observation over time – current technical level, ability to respond to direction, focus, consistency, and readiness for the standards of the Company.
There are two routes to a first assessment. Both are taken seriously. Choose the one that fits your circumstances.
In person - the Workshop
A one-day audition workshop in central London, run as a professional rehearsal day. The clearest first step for most families, and the route most performers take.

Remote - the self-tape Audition
A self-tape submission reviewed by the WEK Directors. For performers who cannot attend a Workshop, or whose families prefer to be assessed remotely first.
