A straightforward route from training to professional casting

We keep the process clear for parents and structured for performers.

Step 1 — Eligibility
Agency representation is offered only to West End Kids students.

Step 2 — Onboarding and profile
We gather essential information, agree the approach, and build or refine your child’s casting profile (including Spotlight positioning where appropriate).

Step 3 — Submissions and casting
We submit for roles that align with your child’s age, skills and professional readiness—selectively and purposefully.

Step 4 — Self‑tapes and callbacks
When tapes are requested, we provide practical guidance to support professional‑standard submissions.

Step 5 — Ongoing support
We keep profiles current and advise on next steps to help performers stay ready for the right opportunities.

Representation with real support behind it
  • Selective, personalised submissions

We do not submit every performer for every role. We submit when the fit is credible and in the performer’s best interests.

  • Self‑tape support

Self‑tapes are a key part of modern casting. We provide practical guidance—from setup to review—so submissions present clearly and professionally.

  • Profile management (including Spotlight)

Headshots, showreels and key details need to stay current. We help manage and optimise materials so casting teams see a clear, accurate profile.

  • Ongoing development assets

Where appropriate, we support the creation of showreels and provide access to additional workshops/masterclasses to strengthen casting readiness.

Professional opportunities across the industry
  • Television roles

  • West End theatre and national tours

  • Film roles

  • Commercials and brand campaigns

  • Voiceover work

WEK Agency representation right for your family?

This is for you if…

  • Your child is training seriously and can maintain professional standards in auditions and rehearsal rooms

  • They respond well to direction, repetition and clear notes

  • You want tailored submissions rather than high‑volume sending

  • You value guidance on process, self‑tapes and professional expectations

This is not for you if…

  • You are seeking representation without enrolling in West End Kids training

  • You want guaranteed auditions, castings or outcomes

  • Your child is not ready for structured feedback and professional behaviour expectations

  • You prefer a casual approach to applications and availability

No hidden fees — clarity from the start

Our model is commission‑based. Any commission structure and relevant terms are provided upfront as part of acceptance/opt‑in.

What parents should expect

  • Casting outcomes are outside any agency’s control

  • Availability, reliability and timely communication matter

  • Optional third‑party services (e.g., headshots/showreels) are discussed clearly before any commitment

Start here

The best way to begin is to attend a West End Kids Workshop.

This gives performers the opportunity to experience the training, work with the WEK team and receive guidance on the right pathway.
