What to expect each month
Sessions are focused and intensive. Performers are expected to work at pace, take direction, and engage fully in the process.
The WEK approach
- Clear standards: performers understand what is required and why
- Direct feedback: practical, specific, and actionable
- Technique-first: development before performance
- Serious peer group: like-minded performers working at a similar level
Between sessions
Progress depends on consistency. Performers are expected to retain, practise, and return ready to build on previous work.
