Winter '26 Opens in Dudley ✨

Curtain up on Winter ’26!

On Thursday 24th September, West End Kids performed at the Copthorne Hotel in Dudley for the first show of our Winter ’26 season. 🎭

The occasion was the Dudley Group NHS Charity’s Glitter Ball, an evening of fundraising and entertainment that brings local businesses, supporters and NHS colleagues together. This year the spotlight was on the Children’s Appeal, which supports young patients across the paediatric services and departments at Russells Hall Hospital. #NHS

Why this one matters

Hospitals can feel daunting for a young person. Across Russells Hall Hospital and its outpatient and community centres, children’s services care for more than 23,000 children a year, from birth to 16.

The Children’s Appeal helps to bring activities, play and comfort to those young patients, whether they are on the ward or visiting outpatients. This year’s Glitter Ball is also supporting plans for an interactive MRI rocket scanner, designed to make scans less daunting for children.

The evening raised more than £15,000. We are so proud to have been part of it.

Our kind of night

For 25 years, West End Kids has trained young performers aged 9 to 18 for some of the biggest stages around, from Trafalgar Square and Hyde Park to CarFest at Silverstone and the O2.

Nights like this are a different kind of big. Same standards, same sparkle, and a very special reason to be in the room.

Thank you to the Dudley Group NHS Charity for having us, and to everyone who supported the evening. Winter ’26 is just getting started ✨
