Journey with West End Kids:
When did you join West End Kids?
I joined WEK in spring 2021. I was offered a place in WEK: Training Yellow Troupe, then Purple and then I was invited to the main Troupe in Winter 2022.
What inspired you to audition for West End Kids?
My mum saw an advert on Facebook and I looked WEK up on youtube and watched the videos and I loved it so much, I wanted to audition.
Performance Highlights:
What has been your favourite performance so far and why?
I loved Great Ormond Street Christmas Parties because its not just a performance we go round and speak to all of the children as well.
Can you share a memorable moment from one of your performances?
Probably at CarFest 2023 on the main stage, at the end, when we took our bow and you could just see all the people clapping for us .
Training and Dedication:
How many hours a week do you spend rehearsing and training?
Outside of rehearsals, I usually spend about 5 hours on a Sunday and 2 most other days.
What do you find most challenging and rewarding about your training?
My biggest challenge is precision in dance and vocal stamina, but the most rewarding is thinking back on how far I’ve come since when I started performing.
Future Aspirations:
What are your future goals in the performing arts?
I’d love to dance on a cruise chip and in the West End but i’d also love to do acting in movies.
Which role or production would you love to be a part of?
I’d love to be a dancer in Moulin Rouge.
Personal Interests:
Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of performing?
I do a lot of sport like athletics, netball, hockey and volleyball.
What is a fun fact about you that not many people know?
I played the flute for a long time but quit after my grade 7 exam when i was 12.
Inspirations and Motivation:
What keeps you motivated to keep improving and performing?
I’m motivated by seeing my own personal improvement and knowing that if I keep working hard, i’ll keep on improving.

How has being a part of West End Kids impacted you?
It’s not just given me amazing training but it’s also prepared me for the industry.
What advice would you give to new members or those aspiring to join West End Kids?
To keep on working and putting time and effort because it will pay off eventually.
