West End Kids Shine at Move IT 2024 with “One” from ‘A Chorus Line’

The West End Kids once again captivated audiences at Move IT 2024, marking their 14th year representing musical theatre on the main stage. This year, they delivered a stunning performance of “One” from the iconic Broadway musical ‘A Chorus Line’, showcasing their exceptional talent and dedication to the performing arts.

Precision Choreography at Its Finest

The troupe’s performance was a masterclass in precision choreography. Every step was executed with meticulous attention to detail, a testament to the countless hours spent in rehearsal. The Troupe demonstrated their commitment to excellence, ensuring that each step was perfectly synchronised and every formation was flawlessly executed.

A Departure from 2023

This year’s performance was a departure from the previous year’s rendition of ‘Beetlejuice‘, offering a fresh and vibrant take on a classic Broadway number. The decision to perform “One” at the Whitehouse performance tempo, as chosen by the composer, added an extra layer of excitement to the performance and challenge for the Troupe. This faster tempo required the troupe to elevate their energy levels, particularly in the chorus vocals towards the end, creating a dynamic and exhilarating finale.
